Meet Jon Jasniak
Land investor and developer who has experience all over Texas and students all over the country. I went to school and graduated with an Engineering degree but quickly transferred over to real estate. Most recently I have also purchased and now operate the small, unincorporated town in Texas called Cornudas.
My land business largely focuses on subdividing rural tracts of land for customers looking to escape the city. I have completed over 8000 acres and 800 transactions to date. I own several companies all focused in the land and real estate consulting space and manage a small team for day to day operations.
We have a coaching program that teaches folks how to build their own land business. With several success stories and students building 6 and even 7 figure businesses, I'd be happy to look at any land deal for you!
