1 Acre Greenwood ISD 20 Mins SE of Midland!
$10,000 down $800/month for 60 months
I have a 1 acre Lot of land which came back to me in Greenwood ISD in my Jaz Acres subdivision, about 20 minutes southeast of Midland. $45,000 cash PER ACRE is what I am asking. I would consider owner financing with a significant down payment of $10,000 and $800/month for 60 months. I WILL NOT finance my cash price. This is the corner lot, lot 1 for those who have the plat map. Land is located north of CR 160 and about 1/2 mile east of CR 1065.
I DO NOT HAVE MINERAL RIGHTS HERE.
There is a plugged oil well on the northeast side of the property. This will not cause any known restrictions on the land itself. Well is plugged and abandoned. We drilled more than 10 water wells now on the entire subdivision I did out here. Each well has been more than a 20 gpm producer. We have not had troubles finding water. Power poles are at the lot. This is a platted and approved subdivision and roads are built. There is little to no restriction, and a simple $75/year HOA fee for roadways. This is the last lot in Greenwood ISD. The rest is all sold. $45k cash takes it, or I will finance it out at terms above. Documents to be recorded at Midland county courthouse.
If you have any questions just let me know!
